      What does everyone eat before the hit the gym? I have a Greek yogurt, 7oz chicken breast on 2 pieces of wheat bread and a banana.. I sometimes feel really hungry still at the gym which makes it hard to keep going.

      Dam man...that's a lot of food...I prefer to be slightly hungry in the gym. "hungry dogs ...blah blah blah" so to speak. I eat two slices of Ezekiel bread with almond butter and maybe a banana about 1 or 1.5 hrs before iron time.

      Wow with all that food before gym time would make me feel bloated at the gym..... a protein bar or a peanut butter sanny on wheat bread...

      side not on the yogurt.. my girl adds a packet of crystal lite to it... its not so bad then...

      I chug down 40g of protein in a shake, and that's it. On squat days, I have to take that drink a good hour before I workout or else I spend the whole time there rubbing my belly lol!

      I drink my breakfast about an hour and a half before the gym. Cup of Almond milk, 1/2 cup of oats, scoop of whey protein powder, 1/2 banana, some frozen berries and a 1/2 avocado. Taste great and fills me up for the nexr few hours
