TweetThanks everyone for the kind words and everything!!!!....My goal is to cut the most bodyfat that I can and then maintain myself there and then little by little lean bulk without much added fat.....I ran into some deep depression due to my little brothers passing and gained weight like crazy but not drastically either lol....It was hard for me dealing with this but my little brother loved to see me go to the gym and loved to see my body change....So I know want to get back into shape and do it for him and me..........the diet I have in mind is something like this....
(1) 1 Greek Yougurt with fruit
(2) 8-10 OZ London Broil Steak (Extra Lean)/ 1-2 cups Green Veggies.
(3) Grilled Salmon/ 1-2 cups Green Veggies.
(4) 8-10 OZ London Broil Steak (Extra Lean)/ 1-2 cups Green Veggies.
(5) 2 scoops of whey or a greek yogurt...
I just did this now I know its horrible.......
TweetI though I knew about cutting but it really stresses me out....
TweetDoesn't look bad, but I think you need a bit more calories just from the looks of it. What are your stats? I think that would help others as far as how many calories, macros you should be consuminhg to help you best reach your goals.
For meal number one, I would suggest some oats, berries, eggwhites. If the Greek yogurt is what yo prefer, I would get the plain kind and add just a little honey, berries, and some walnuts/ almond. The other meals don't look bad but I would throw some good fats in the meal, as well. Make sure you are drinking a post wotkout shake with 1/2 hour of your training session. You need a fast carb and some whey protein here. Example would be a banana and some whey as the good fats are not as important during this time. Let's see what the others have to say.
My condolences to you in regards to your brother.
Hopefully exphyss88 will chime in here and give his expert advice. He has his own business and advertises her on FG!!!

TweetI think that if you provided some basics will also help, as I believe these are benchmark to a starting point:
-height
-age
-current weight
-body fat percentagae if you know it
-injuries
-how many times per week you train
-goal in weight drop?
-amount of time YOU think it may take
Nutrition is the first and above all element without doubts.
It's good to see that you KNOW you got work to do. Good luck!!

TweetI have lost a ton of bf with this.. Only eat lean red meat, chicken, or fish. Baked or grilled only. You can eat as much of this during the day. You can have veggies as well. Two scoops of Oat bran ( Table spoons) and a good isolate protein in the am ( it has no carbs, no sugars, no fat, and very little sodium), with one teaspoon of nat peanut butter, alittle instant coffee in it also and some Hershey's Sugarless Syrup and three egg whites. That is my breakfast. Drink at least 48oz of water a day..you can mix with tea or a Crystal Light. Eat nothing else..no added fats, no sugars, sodium or carbs. You will loose fat and weight like crazy. I also do 6 miles of cardio and weight train 6 days a wk. You do not have to do this much cardio, but I would stress to do at least 35-40 minutes a day at your MHR for at least 30 minutes of it. You will loose weight and bodyfat like crazy with this. I know it is not an easy diet, but if you want to see change fast, there is nothing like it. I have seen the results of it.
