I have virtually eliminated it from my current diet along with simple sugars and sodium and have noticed a dramatic weight loss doing this. I know many say to carb up before workouts, but what I do is add some good fat or nat peanut butter to my shakes pre and post workouts. It is still coming off, even though i have been eating as much chicken and lean meat I want. this clen/primo is starting to kick in a noticing some hardness and vascularity already and only been on it 2wks.
