Tweeti mix it into my protein pudding mix i make 60g whey iso 1/3cup cream of rice and a big table spoon of natural pb crunchy for texture. slow the release of carbs during training and tastes outstanding. if you like almond joy candy bars you can do 60g or whey iso coconut flavor cream of rice and almond butter

TweetToo much peanut butter can be bad but there’s nothing wrong with adding it to oats or shakes or just eating a spoon full. Just account for it in the diet and your good.
