TweetI used to drink them pretty heavily. Especially pre-workouts. I switched over to coffee years back and it's all I need now. Cup of coffee before training and I'm good to go. It was crazy hard laying off all the energy drinks and pre-workouts, but once I got away from them I felt much better.
Tweeti havent used either energy drinks or pre workouts consistently in years. dont need them. i make my own pump compound concoctions that i know exactly what's in them and no added stims to crack me out

TweetAmen although a couple is WAY too much. I like a good ole red eye. My absolute fav.
If you do not know a red eye is a drip coffee with a shot of espresso in it. Just the right amount of caffeine for me.
I used to drink energy drinks but they make me sick after I consume them (Sugar free) I will not drink the high fructose corn syrup ones.
A friend told me there is a new one that does not make him sick called "Bang" ever heard of it?
I am just going to stick to coffee.
