TweetI have started skipping breakfast and eating a clean late lunch and then an early dinner with a snack in the middle. When I maintain this through the week eating what and when I want on the weekend the fat melted off like a snowman in a Texas summer.
I still try to skip breakfast and do fasted cardio 2x a week first thing when I wake. But the diet is poor.
