TweetThe root and leaves have some different benefits. I keep both root and leave tea on hand. The root tea is a bit stronger in taste. They have helped for eleminating water and crap,lol. If you have ragweed allergies,you may not be able to tolerate it. Sometimes it bothers me and sometimes it doesnt. It is good though. I have used a few brands but prefer Traditional medicinals tea the best. Crank up the water in take if you use dandelion. Gaia Herbs makes a good dandelion root extract
