Tweetso do you think a 185lb man that is 5ft 10 who is 30% bf and doesnt do anything is healthier or going to live longer than an individual that is the same height 250lbs and an actual 10% bf? i dont think in my honest opinion that that is a fact

Tweetthen again you really never know because one of the older guys i know had a heart attack when he was in his late twenties. no supps, super active and on active duty. genetic issues where the cause and he has been jacked up ever since. the dude ran his 3 mile in under 18 minutes and i can bet a pay check that his bf had never climbed about 8%. that and he only weighs about 165-175. this kind of stuff is crazy
