      yeah, it is hard to take too much supplemental mag in cap form. I took mag citrate before surgery. It was A LOT of mag. My ass was like someone shoved a fire hose down my mouth and filled it at 100 psi with a body temp chocolate malt then opened the valve fully.

      I think you would die of crapping yourself before you had probs with overdose.
