      Just ditch sugar, easy.

"Oh jipped but what about fruit you son of a bi*ch I am doing a fruit juice diet!"

Sure fruit is fine. a cup of berries or an apple the sugars are bound with the fruits fiber and will not have a negative effect on blood sugar levels like fruit juice.
"SHIAT BIOTCH, thats a big ass!"

that is correct jipped. the only trade off with most people is that if you tell them they can have fruit, they eat it by the truck load. no matter how healthy that puppy is for you, it's the cals that are going to get you when insulin is unaffected

Yep, that's my wife right there. I said "fruit is good" and she turned around and started eating a whole pantry's worth of it. I've since learned to be much more specific.

there's a study that was just done and I just heard about it on TV and they were saying that a low-carb diet will call you to die sooner and a high carb diet will also call you to die sooner. I'm going to see if I can find the link for that. I think if we were able to cut out sugar we would see a lot less people dying of cancer and metabolic syndrome would decrease drastically
