TweetBack in the early 90s I bought it in bulk and added 30 grams to my PWO shakes. It is way easier to stay lean without doing that but I feel it did help put on bulk.
Tweetit is an outdated carb for insulin use. it will def spike the hell out of it though as long as it doesnt give you gut issues. you can probably still get it from brewing supply stores and such for dirt cheap
