Tweeti got an even simpler solution that is not hard at all. step 1 is to stop eating garbage. this is the best start. step 2 is to take in a little less cals than you need for maint and you will lose weight. not rocker science and pretty easy to do. no need for im or any other crazy fads, just 2 simple steps and you will be good to go

TweetExactly! I never "diet" anymore. I just watch what I eat and if I do cheat, it's in moderation. Diets just don't work long term for a lot of people. They end up reverting back to old ways
