here is what i say and what i preach about cheats. 1-not everyone can stick to a long term strict diet forever 2-even if you are able to do number 1 you need something to stoke up a stalled metabolism from time to time. 3-what's the worse part about following a rigid system of eating? knowing that you cant or arent supposed to have something. so what makes most of us normal people successful in achieving or goals is that we know that we can have 1 or 2 out of 40 some meals that arent exactly clean. that and it does serve a purpose at the end of the day. now if you are not able to have cheats because of health issues that is a whole other battle
