Tweetindeed. also helps the immune system by way of gut bacteria and lowers LDL cholesterol and more. I eat these flax flatbreads called flat outs and avacodos,they have tons of fiber. also psyllium and inulin 3X ed.
Tweeti am with you jipped. i use fiber to help control my cholesterol. i also use those flat breads also. they dont have enriched white flour and they are very low carb. they make a few different types of bread and i have found some other stuff that replaces nasty high insulin spiking breads also. made my dieting much much more easy and not as monotonus for a change

TweetI eat a decent amount of fiber a day. Or try to at least.
Tweetyeah like 6 grams of net carbs per and I cut them in half, also they have ALA and protein.
