TweetI havent been here for ages and FG was my first board that i ever joined back in 2003.. O2 contacted me and re-invited me back in here!!!

man to much shit happened.... I got laid off for my previous job and looking for new one . and healing up from all my injuries that i had.
tore my right pec twice and had hernia surgerie, knees probs and so forth.
other then that, im healthy and #1 on stage every show i did.

Well usually offseason my heaviest was 264 lbs and i was around 11% and showtime at 224 lbs ... then this year i bulked up at 255 lbs with 8% and i started to clean my diet up and now im at 246 lbs and been clean for a while until march.

Tweethere couple pics when i was around 262-264 and rest are contest.
and last 2 pics is was taken like 2 weeks ago at 245-246 or so and being off as well.
