Tweetyes a 3 day split is fine with bulking....u just wanna hit each body part once a week....and as for cardio....i never do when bulking....but i am going to change that....u could go either way really....the reason i'm gonna start is just for health reasons...heart...stamina etc....if u do cardio....do it low intensity and i wouldn't do it more than 3 times a week when bulking
