Tweetmy goals are to to look better than i do now, im constantly trying to switch between bulking and cutting, cant ever decide which one i want to do, im looking to get a personal trainer to point me in the right direction and keep me on one prog long enough to see results.
Tweethow long have you been w/o?
Tweetbeen working out for about 2 years on and off, but with my job cant keep up with any routine, but this phot doesnt do me justice, i aint tensing up just standing naturally
TweetEat right, hit the gym consistently, drink lots of water. Nothing will happen overnight. It is a lifestyle, not a passing fad. Good luck.Originally Posted by nobbyrn
Tweetthe first thing i would do would be hit the gym regualrly, 3 day split, M/W/F.
then eat right and make sure u get plenty of rest.
a good 3 day split would be
day 1 chest and triceps
day 2 back and biceps
day 3 shoulders and legs

Tweetthat sounds good cheers, but what about eating?? what should i be eating? and should i go for bulking or cutting? and how much cardio and when should i be doing it? i have lost alot of weight, this time last year i was 16 stone, i was just going for size rather than looks. im just sick of not getting results and always having that extra bit of fat that i cant ever get rid of, is there any thing i can take that will help??

TweetYou need to pack on more size. Don't worry about cutting at all!
Tweetso you think i should put more size on and go for cutting later?? sounds a good idea, should i still be doing a 3 day split for bulking? and should i be doing any cardio if im going to be bulking??
TweetFirst off, welcome! Now. These guys have it right. Get a routine that's reasonable for you to follow. badasz gave you a good example. My workout's pretty similar, and I'm in and out of the gym in 45-60 minutes. As far as eating, yes, do a search, get some general information, then post some specific questions if you have any!
