What's up guys...

I mostly just came here because I wanted to develop a good routine, mostly browse on bimmerforums.com and they told me this was a good place to go.

I want to get down to about 150 and regain some of the strength that I've lost, haven't worked out since I graduated high school in early June.

Anyway my school's gym just opened a week ago and I have started to go again, just lookin for the best way to get in shape!

Hopefully I can find some awesome knowledge here...
