      Welcome to FG.

      Don’t jump on any fad diets.
      1) start moving
      2) cut out sodas and sugary beverages
      3) lift weight at least3 times a week
      4) walk as much as you can, park further out…take the stairs,etc
      5) increase your water intake

      Thank you for the reply.
      I try to take the best homemade food even I don't like junk food, soda, etc,
      I spend some time in the park in the morning but do not have so much time to exercise, walk, and do other activities.
      Should I use helpful equipment like we are watching on the TV ads?
