      My name is Macedog24,

      I belong to a few other boards, im no newbie to the world of aas,ph's and such.
      Ive been into lifting heavy shit since back in the day when we had 4 or 5 channels on the tube, And i would sit up late to,watch the mr Olympia and posedown on my tv!
      Im 42 yrs young !
      6' tall
      Normal weight about 240.

      I need advice on what to run to prevent the sides From a test / deca / dbol cycle. This is my 3rd cycle And I've never ran deca. I'm kind of spooked by some of the negative I've heard about the possible negative side effects
