      Thought I stop in and say hi. Took almost a year off from training. Had back surgery from a blown disc and Doc said no heavy duty training for 6 to 8 months. I'm so ready to jump in the Gym and do what I always loved and that's Bodybuilding. It's going to be a slow process but I have the will and desire to get back on top again.
