Getting ready to compete in a Charity Strongman Comp on November 1st with my old training partner Derek Poundstone..should be fun.
My only prep is eating chinese food, pizza, wings, running Epistane and using Ultimate Orange.Juiced PWO. Not looking back, going in to have some fun
