BACK AGAIN!!
TweetWell let me just say that I'm back! I got hurt awhile back and kind of fell into a dark place and I left the scene for a long bit hence I'm re-booted as a rookie. This is a great board to be a part of. I've been back in the gym since May and I've already been under the 150's (db's) I'm 5'6" 200 lbs and 19% on my last pinch test. I'm looking to stay between 200 and 215 at 10-13%. It's good to be home
