Tweetit's good to see you guys too!man,i would've thought after having 5yrs clean time that i'd never try those waters again but i was mistaken.as soon as i think i got this is when i get got.i fell for the lie once again.how i survvied without getting into a deeper mess than i am in now i'll never know.all i know is i wanna get back to what i look like in my avi.i'm not even half that size now.all my size and strength gains i fought so hard to attain are long gone...for now that is.it goes fast when you're not doing the right things but once i get them back they'll be well worth it cause then i'll know just how hard it was to get them back.i'm so happy to see everyone still on here plus dozens of new members...

this site's growing on a weekly basis and that's what i like to see.everyone sticking together despite the differences bewteen members.in the end we're all that we've got in this lifestyle we lead...is each other to count on in times of need whether it be just a simple pick me up post or a PM or anything positive.proud to be coming back...

We just changed our addiction to bodybuilding. You just need to get back on focus. And I believe you can do it. It takes a Man to admit his mistakes ….

Rocco the one thing I have noticed this place is everybody here will encourage you not commend you. Your mistake are small compared to a lot of us, me for sure. God always shows us a way back and this place is a good step for a better life.
