TweetHi everyone. Glad to be a part of FG. I am also a member at Ironlifter and MusclDiscussion since 2012. Started training at 14 when I got mu 1st job at a gym making 2$ a hour. I have been training off and on ever since. After a long layoff and getting to a fat ass 270 at 5.10 it was time to get back in the gym. I had a few injuries that made it easy for me to get lazy. 2 shoulder surgeries and 3 bad discs in my lower back. Been at it again for 3 years with a couple of short breaks due to wrist surgery and hernia surgery, but got right back to training as soon as I could. In 2012 I started running some test cyp and stayed on till about 6 weeks ago. I also added a few compounds in along the way, but mostly just ran test. I started at 270 and made it down to 218 before climbing back up to 240, but that 240 looked a lot different than the last time I weighed that. I am now in the later part of my PCT and have changed my focus. I had to stop lifting heavy every workout due to my joints and my shoulder. I was able to get up to a 455lb bench and a squat of 425 at 38 yo, but my body has told me to back off. My goal now for this year is to run a 5k and get my BF down to single digit. I have never been big on cardio, but that is my focus for now. I reached my goal of a 400lb bench and beat it by 55lbs, so I WILL do this 5k if not more. Sorry so long, but I have a tendency to ramble. Just ask my wife. LOL Thanks for having me, and I hope I can contribute to the board.
Happy Training, daddyDawg I will try to post a pic soon.
