Training history: been lifting for years but my main background comes from boxing and muay thai. But as I got older I started getting into lifting more. No goal to be a competitive bodybuilder or powerlifter just in it to look good! And it helps with fight training too but mainly I've just flat out grown to love the iron.
Currently not training I'm healing from a car accident I got into a month ago that put a stop to physical activity for awhile but I'm close to healed enough to start training again! Looking forward to getting to know you all. Thx for having me.
