Thanks all for the warm welcome.

Now its time to look through here for some info. Im a total fitness noob.
I have dropped from 320 to ~232 in 6 months with just running and eating a little less, while still eating shitty (taco bell was an addiction for a long time but I have kicked it for now.) My best friend comes back from korea in august and i want to hit my goal of 220 and 13%bf by then. (he has not seen a single photo of me since i started losing weight)
I am getting into rock climbing and have been really interested in taking some kick boxing or MMA classes as i did karate for 8 years and found sparing to be the most enjoyable part of it.
