So After one week, im four pounds lighter without making any changes to my activities after starting a ~500 cal. deficit. I've noticed that physical activity doesn't get me winded at all. Like... At... All..
As of this week, ill be cutting carbs way down. Since GW makes your body use fat as fuel, a keto diet would be the best option, but thats not a leap that im quite ready to make.
Next week, I'll introduce some HIIT. If there's anything else you guys would like to see from this log, let me know!
