TweetI got my Pump Juice Extreme, Red Razz flavor on 8/3 and I am just now starting the log. I have had an irregular gym schedule due to family emergency's so I waited until I could give it a fair shot. Special THANK YOU to cane87 and Muscle Research for the patience. I will log a couple times a week and everyone should know I don't play favorites so I will log it as I see it. I have tried a lot of pre-workout supplements and feel as though most are not for me. I have a high tolerance to stims and as a matter of fact I have a high tolerance to everything. Some pre-workouts I take 1 serving 30 min prior and I will sip on another serving with BCAA's during my workout. I am going to follow the directions on Pump Juice Extreme. 1 serving 30 minutes prior to workout.
Anyway Day 1.
It smelled good. Mixed easy with a spoon. Tasted great no gritty aftertaste. I went to the gym. I forgot all about taking the Pump Juice until I had to make myself complete a through warm up. I didn't notice any jitters or pins stim like effects but my concentration was on point. Very focused. I did chest and back. I'm a big advocate of Heavy Duty Training and training to failure. First thing I noticed was a great pump. I usually end up with a good pump but not as early. I always keep a training journal so even with my workouts being irregular lately I was able to complete reps where before I finished my set with a partials with the same weight.
Biggest thing I noticed...
I wasn't ready to stop working out. I train by my training journal to improve reps or weight every workout I did that and wanted more. So I had to refocus and hit abs hard. Afterwards I didn't notice any crash.
Looking forward to my next workout.

Sholders and arms!!
Same as day 1. I was half way through my warm up for shoulders and had to fight the urge to skip ahead. Then once I was rolling I noticed my pump seemed pretty significant. Half way through shoulders. My arms were already pumped.
I finished my workout still charged and despite the fact I know my body and when its time to stop after several sets to failure, I wanted more. So when usually I would be gone heading home, I'm still in the gym hitting abs.
So far Pump Juice Extreme seems to helps me achieve a pump faster and keeps me focused on working out when usually I would be drained.

My favorite part so far is I have to hold back during my warm up sets and remember they are just to warm up not work sets. I get so intense and focused on the workout. No jitters just focus. I love it and its easy to see I'm trying something different looking at my training journal.

TweetSo I wasn’t able to use my Pump Juice for over a week. My mom was in the hospital a couple hours away. I would hit the gym near her when I could but no supplements. I could definitely tell a difference. The whole time all I could think about was getting in and getting out.
She's in a local rehabilitation center so I'm able to get my training as normal as they can be right now.
I wasn't very motivated at first but 30 minutes after Pump Juice Extreme and a little music. I was Killin it at my local gym.
I had a lot of frustration to burn off so I took advantage of the Pump Juice Extreme and left my training log in the car.
I'm usually in and out in an hour and half but just instinctively busted it for almost 3.
Pump Juice really helped keep my mind on my workout.
I'll be back to a more regular workout Wednesday so c ya then!
