Tonite was the dreaded " Leg Day " !!! 35 sets , and very little rest between sets !!! Tryin to gorge blood into the legs start making them grow like weeds .
Well AGAIN , it was not 1 but 2 scoops of PUMP JUICE !!! Yes TWO !!!
I knew I needed it because I wanted to get the most out of tonites workout .
Fuckin killed it !!! After my last set I stood up and had to hold on to something .
PJ fueled the whole thing , and I def needed it . I do have to say that with PJ I've prob never been more focused .
I just want to keep goin !!!
So if people had doubts , don't anymore !!!
