TweetToday was Chest, Triceps and Delts.
I havent been able to go heavy for several weeks due to feeling completely exhausted during training. This is mainly due to contest prep. I NEVER had any issues with contest prep and energy, ive always felt 100% the enire time but this prep was a *****.

900am 1 scoop PUMP JUICE in 8oz water
930am GYM TIME
Hammer incline 150lbs per side 4x8
Flat BB Press worked up to a 2 rep max with 275lbs... havent seen this number in a while.
Hammer Slight Incline machine: 135x50, 225x30, 315x10, 405x8 then a drop sets 405x8, 315x10, 225x12, 135x20 (non stop, i did all the reps i could and held weight while they took a plate off each side)
Incline BB Press using hurricane bar: 5x10-12 with 135lbs
1 arm DB upright row 4x10-12 with 25, 35, 45, 55 (couldve went heavier)
DB Side Raise: 4 x 12 with 25, 30, 35, 35
weighted Dips: 4 x 8-10 with BW+25lbs
BB Overhead ext: 4 x 10 with 45, 55, 65, 65
V bar press downs: 4 x 10 with 60lbs
I felt full of energy and honeslty felt like i could train another hour. I LOVE this pump juice
