Walking Lunges w/Stiff Leg Dead Lift on hack machine 4 sets
lunges 20lb DB each hand 20 lunges down and 20 lunges back
SLDL 225 x 15

Finished off with a few sets of leg ext and leg curls and calves
leg ext 4 x 12-15 with 130lbs
Leg Curl 4 x 12 with 70lbs
