There are pros and cons to this PJE. The pros are you have an insane workout, full of energy and endurance and can go all damn day long. BUT now im sore as hell all over lol My numbers have steadily increased which is good, the amount of reps with the increased weight is way up as well but now my body is sore all over. I love it! lol


I totally destroyed my back today. i felt amazing and ready to TRAIN. I focused on increasing weight but mainly focused on feeling the movement, squeezing HARD and using full range of movement.

The workout lasted 2hrs and honestly i could have kept going. Tomorrow is leg day and i cant wait to make myself cry.
