Today was a fantastic workout AGAIN. PJE has not failed me yet. This is a SOLID product!
My bench has suffered for the last year due to injuries (inflamed elbows) and then contest prep. But now its going back up and going up fast. I was able to hit 275lbs for 2 or 3 reps last week, but today i got that ***** for 8!! This was after 5 sets of hammer incline machine and 4 sets of flat BB press. VERY impressed with this product.
If you have not tried it, you are really missing out.
I would like a lifetime supply please :)
Did you use the original formula? I am curious how it stacks up with it.
I am so hooked on this product it isn't funny. It is by far the BEST damn pre workout that I have EVER used! I have used A LOT of pre workouts, some were bad ass, some were just shit. Pump Juice is PHENOMENAL and does a fantastic job.

There are pros and cons to this PJE. The pros are you have an insane workout, full of energy and endurance and can go all damn day long. BUT now im sore as hell all over lol My numbers have steadily increased which is good, the amount of reps with the increased weight is way up as well but now my body is sore all over. I love it! lol
I totally destroyed my back today. i felt amazing and ready to TRAIN. I focused on increasing weight but mainly focused on feeling the movement, squeezing HARD and using full range of movement.
The workout lasted 2hrs and honestly i could have kept going. Tomorrow is leg day and i cant wait to make myself cry.
LEG DAY! Man it was phenomenal. Im not great at squats, my form goes to shit after a few sets but i keep plugging away doing what i can.

Finished off with a few sets of leg ext and leg curls and calves
leg ext 4 x 12-15 with 130lbs
Leg Curl 4 x 12 with 70lbs
