Sat. and Sun. off: workouts and supps I mean. LOL.

Tuesday I took 1 scoop of ON Amino's. Tastes great but Totally useless
Wednesday took BPI, good steady buzz throughout my work out. No jump and no crash
Thursday used the old Pumped Juice extreme and got a jump after 20 minutes that was sustained with no crash and the taste was great
Friday Subbed PJE. Worked out late at 10 instead of 7:30 work out but no jump in front like usual just a steady energy level.
