Tuesday was great; exactly the same as Monday, 6 minutes to lift off now I can wait until I'm on the way to the gym to drink it.


Wednesday, got up early to hunt then went home and took a nap before heading to the gym. Schedule change is always hard on me. Took about 30 minutes to feel juiced and really didn't want to be at the gym. That said we still got the whole work out in and I got a second wind 90 minutes into my work out. Went to work with plenty of energy to haul ladders around and helped the kids move. Long day and still standing.
