I worked for a company that would routinely put me on nights and days consecutively and I NEVER was able to adapt.. working out was low on the list . I felt hung over all the time it was awful at least if they gave plenty of notice to prepare and then minimum week adaptation time you can manage but all and all NOT worth the extra 15% on the check.(for the night work only). they can keep that rotating days and nights crap ..
My boss let me go at 10:00 pm last night so the last night was only 4 hours for me.I told him about my dentist appointment at 9 am I forgot to tell him about my 1200 noon arm workout.lmao
