Woke up with some achy nipps and pushed my aromasin from 12.5 to 25 today no buggy I have tons of raloxifene on hand.<br />
Arm day<br />
Triceps<br />
Pulldown close grip<br />
4 sets last sets were 90 @ 10 skullcrushers last sets was also 90 10 reps rope pull downs last set was 75 @ 15 reps then biceps hammers last set 40 @10 reps then straight bar last sets 90 @10 reps preacher dumbbells last sets 40 @12 reps then some forearms and 50 mg protein shake.and a lot of sweat

How much sleep would you say you get on average? I have trouble myself not getting enough.
7-8 hours is great! Boy or girl? Mine are 15 and 8...(girl/boy) miss them being little some days!

Did some back,traps and reverse curls today no pocks because my tattoos are in the system.incline cable rows regular rows pull downs and wide grip pull ups.just random dumbells outer and close grip for traps and dumbell reverse curls.really tired after last set its nap time.
