Friday: Ham's and Biceps. All went well no crash and was able to take a twenty minute nap after I got home and off to work for the day. We have found over the years that it is best for us to not use the same pre-work out for more then 1 week. Starting Monday I will checking to see if the affects are still the same as week 1. On Quad day next Wednesday I will try 2 scoops and see what happens.
