Wednesday: Quad day. 1 serving of pump juice extreme and more like myself. Felt good 15 minutes after drinking Extreme Pump Juice ( no chills, jitters). Talked myself into having just a moderate work-out. Got warmed up and started working-out. Had more strength then I thought and for extra reps. All of a sudden I knew I was going to have good day went heavier and more reps for the whole 2 hours no crash at all. So far so good wonders about next week.
