a new observation from yesterday:

this stuff hits pretty fast. i am talking 10 mins ish fast and that's after eating less than an hour or so before. i am guessing that it is due to it being a very very fine powder consistency as opposed to the thicker grainier powders you normally get

so i did some silly legs yesterday and killed it. felt great for the entire session on top of that. full of energy and drive and i actually moved more weight than i normally top off with for speed. so that is one plus. the other which i was expecting and dreading was the sick freaking pump in the hams and quads. yep it was stupid. now i will def get some arm and leg pics up this upcoming week for sure. another thing i noticed is it didnt shift over to my lower back at all. no crash but i was toast when we finished up. i kicked my own ass in other words haha
