couple new added things i noticed today doing back:

pump- again just plain silly almost slin like. not quite that level but not to far away

recovery- the recovery time between sets is pretty awesome and crazy. i have pretty good wind and cardio endurance right now but it still takes a little for the muscle to recover. hell today i would say that recovery time was cut by 3/4.

well being- the over all sense of well being is quite noticable. just all around feel really good even after starting training with intervals. the leg pump still sucks though

low back pump. until i actually started working deads today, i got zero issues with lower back pump. again another added plus to me
