i did my intervals first and yep legs pumped up something nasty. it did raise my heart rate a little faster and higher but nothing crazy. so the stim level is on point for me and my tolerances

energy: yeah buddy. super drive and not to the point of shaky or just running your mouth 1k miles an hour cause you are all hoped up. perfect stims on this level also

pump: if arms were an indicator for what legs are going to be like with full glycogen tanks it is going to be an ugly baby. i dont use the skin ripping pump term very often but damn it hurt haha. i love legs but i am kinda dreading it coming up

guts: i have not had any gastro discomfort at all. so no running to the crapper 1-2 or 3 times after drinking this stuff. so it is good in that aspect

hydromax: this is the main reason i hit up ma for a run of this product. i wanted to see how well this stacked up. well i am still drinking a gal of intra during my training but i am and have yet to get thirsty at all during or after training. no cramping at all either. so again it is legit
now that's a complete little run down of the product....glad you like the product so far, keep killing it
