Love/hate relationship for me, for sure.

One thing I can say is that as I've gotten leaner (and older), I've grown to enjoy leg day more because I can see the visual changes that I previously couldn't. So seeing that quad sweep, the striations, etc. is a huge motivator for me (just like the first time I saw my brachial popping up on my biceps).
