Well after battling bronchitis for the last seven days I can honestly say that was the worst experience ever.

Today I had chest and triceps to get back into it. Again, pump juice to the rescue. My bench is up now 15 pounds since using punch juice for the last four weeks. I love this pre workout for a multitude of reasons but one I haven't mentioned is that you can use it if you train after work!! It doesn't keep you awake!

After a week off from bein sick my strength was up!! Explain that!
