TweetI usually edit my post and add in the DNP dose, since it's before bed and I don't have it pre-set as to what it'll be; so the emphasis is added to the above to show last night's dosing.
Last night was an off night and my only true off day (Sunday is, too, but I play basketball for a couple hours).
Tuesday I hit my heavy back session and led with deadlifts and managed to have a belt this time, so hit 405x5 for my 2 final sets, which was nice.
That wrapped up the end of my A Week (Max-OT style) and today will be arms and I'm pretty sure it's my high intensity week.
