TweetDay 16
March 2
Weight: 258.2 lbs.
Ended up with a complete off day yesterday because basketball got cancelled (due to an event for our youth's church league). I considered hitting the gym or even dropping my treadmill down at home to get some sprints in, but figured I'd just take this as a full rest day and then I'm going to duck out of youth group responsibilities this Wednesday to play ball at another church. I played there in the past before I helped with the youth and before I was quite as involved as I am now, but I need my run this week and it's so much better than a treadmill or track -- just gets a lot more aggression out.
I watched Kobe's documentary yesterday that aired on Showtime Saturday night called Muse. Well worth the watch. Awesome to be inside someone's head who is as competitive as he is. Really had me angry I wasn't playing basketball lol.
As you can see, I double-dosed my DNP again. Slept downstairs in one of our guest bedrooms because it's colder, but moreso because the cat has been waking me up multiple times during the night for the past few weeks and I just wanted a good night of uninterrupted sleep. Due to the increased dose, I saw some more sweating, but not like pooling when I first ran DNP. I woke up twice I think and only super briefly; kicked the comforter off of me partially and passed back out. When I first ran DNP, I'd have to take showers during the night and then go back to sleep because it was that soaking wet. So increase in sweating, but not substantial.
I'll probably just do normal dosing tonight to give things a break and see what's up. We'll also see how the work day goes (and if I sweat too much). At least it's not summer.
Went through my stash last night and got some things sorted and should have 2-3 months' worth of GW on hand (though I'll order more). Went ahead and started this morning adding my 20mg in (I always dose first thing in the AM on an empty stomach with my levothyroxine and agmatine). Hopefully that'll keep things moving along nicely and give me the other benefits outside of fat loss and help with my cardio, too.
Plan is still once I hit 250 to start applying my EvoMuse Abliderated post-shower/pre-bed and sleeping with a black beater on. That way if I do sweat, it won't get all over the sheets. That was the only problem I had last year was between that and the Eviscerate I was using, I managed to sweat crazy with the DNP and somehow ruined a shirt (not anything spectacular, but still a polo I liked). So this way I'll get that out of it and get at least 8-9 hours and not run the risk of ruining any clothes or even just sweating through while at work.
HIT chest session is on tap for this evening.

Weight: 257.2
Killed my chest workout in just under 30 minutes, last night. Led off with bench press and moved up from 220 to 225x12 on all 4 sets. Doesn't sound all that impressive, but it's with literally 60 seconds rest between sets and not a second more, so I'm pleased with banging out nearly 50 reps on 225 in 4 minutes.
Went on to DB incline and moved up to 75's x 12 for all 4 sets (only got 11 on the last set, though). Hammer Strength decline press 180x12 for 4 sets and then the seated cable fly station with a Bosu ball behind me and moved up to 80x12 for 4 sets and finished with 40x12 for 1 set with SUPER SLOW reps. The Bosu ball is because the bench is such that my arms won't go back far enough to get the stretch I want, so that Bosu ball upright against the back does an excellent job of creating that depth.
Ended up somewhere around 2500 cals or so yesterday with at least 250g protein (had to speculate on my final meal because I just used the remaining chicken breast from the crock pot from Sunday to create a quesadilla with jalapeno tortilla shells, a bit of Mexican cheese and ranch on top and then lightly lathered in buffalo sauce -- didn't have all that in my FitDay, so I just estimated some numbers).
Tonight will be back and my final HIT session before switching back to Max-OT (heavy) on Thursday.
I have everything set up to play basketball Wednesday evening, but I have a feeling I'm gonna get screwed again -- weather jumped from 40 yesterday to a high of 60 today with rain all day long and then dropping temps with it all turning to snow by tomorrow morning. They already announced the winter storm warning for Weds/Thurs by yesterday afternoon from the National Weather Service. So they'll probably cancel it/close the church where we play.
If that happens I'll at least get several hours of snow shoveling cardio in lol and will probably force myself to run some sprints on my treadmill since I have one. I hate it so much. I need the competition of basketball.

Weight: 256.0 lbs.
Killed my back session in under half an hour, last night. Made increases on all 4 lifts for every or close to every single set. Did some solo lat work, solo low rows, and finished with bent over rows. I was a sweaty mess when it was all said and done.

March 5
Weight: 253.0 lbs.
6:30 PM dose ~150mg DNP
10:45 PM dose ~280mg DNP
TweetThings are moving way better than anticipated so far. The addition of the GW is the perfect partner. I don't expect to see drops this dramatic on any regular basis. I just need to see it going down; even .2 -- that keeps me going.
Wasn't able to lift today because we got like 20 inches of snow overnight. If you've seen anything on the news today, it's us. But I did log 4+ hours of shoveling between last night and today. Gym was open but our neighborhood wasn't plowed (resources, including National Guard) are focused on Ity. Hopefully it'll be clear tomorrow and I might just do a 2 a day workout.
Hopefully we'll be getting it in the store here sometime soon, but EvoMuse had a direct presale for Epitome, so I grabbed some. I'll add it in as soon as I get it. Should be a game changer.
TweetThis time around is substantially better. Since I had my buddy cap this, he used ALCAR as filler and apparently it has offset some of the sides big time.
I dose at night because the heat comes relatively quick after dosing even though half life allows 1x/day dosing. Since I've gone higher lately I've noticed increased sweating in bed like beforehand, but it probably hasn't been as bad because last time was summer and our temps have been freezing lately. I've been sleeping in the spare bedroom downstairs because it's super cold (and because our stupid cat won't let me get a good night's sleep upstairs).
Don't know if I'm just used to it now or what, but my strength is still going up or maintaining. I felt very weak and had to skip lifting days my first go round.
All in all, this isn't nearly as bad.

Under 250, which means I'll now add in Absolutely Abliderated (the stronger Abliderate topical from the series). My plan is to apply post-shower at night and wear a black beater to bed in case I sweat and make it run so I don't stain everything lol.
I'll update on this weekend's workouts in a bit.
TweetInteresting log i just read all of your posts. I have zero experience with dnp, but my question for you is, sweating was so irritating for me when i was on tren ace i have no idea how you can stand the sweats. I guess living in the cold would help? Windows open lol?
I feel you on the mind games about the scale not moving. Im dieting/cutting down right now and when i dont see that dam thing move or even go up im like what the heck?!?!
Tweetyou are on a roll mwb. idk if you track exactly what you eat day in and day out or if you track your fluid intake but if you do, you may be able to iron out what made your weight fluctuate before. just a thought that popped into my head.

Day 24
March 10
Weight: 250.2 lbs.
Started my use of EvoMuse Absolutely Abliderated last night post-shower. Applied it and then showered again this morning. Slept with a beater on because I generally sweat (even if it's not bad) due to the DNP and didn't want to run the risk of the Abliderate seeping out and staining the sheets. Ended up with it on for about 12 hours. I'll continue to do this method and will update if that changes.
