Yeah, in my experience, probiotics aren't the easiest thing to gauge success with. However, sometimes you'll just one day notice something subtle that may have changed weeks ago, but you didn't pick up on it. With high protein diets, one thing I can usually notice is being less gassy, which is a huge perk. And then there's just a feeling of normalcy (hard to explain more than that) that comes from it.
I've actually been without a probiotic for the last 2 months or so, so I'm hoping in another couple weeks, I'll have some observations.
