    Training after the big 5 0 !

    Well this was the big birthday this year. Hit the big 50. Not that it means that much to me, I always thought that age is a mindset and the number doesn't really matter. If you ask my wife, she will tell you that I am the biggest kid of the
    entire family. Training on the other hand has changed big time over the last few years.

    Injuries and arteritis have made me approach things from a different angle. No longer do I do the heavy stuff, my joints will not take it. I have to do high rep with a decent amount of weight and I pause at the top of the contraction and squeeze for at least a count of 2. I do this with just about everything now a days.

    Tonight is back so I know I will be sore in the morning. Back always makes me sore for some reason.
