    Each packaged ingredient comes in a sealed pouch inside of another sealed pouch, so there is a double layer of protection from the powder spilling. Each package also contains a scoop measuring 150mg. So one scoop will give me the 150mg that I am shooting for.

    I am in the gym first thing each morning and I train all 7 days per week. With that as my backdrop, I've been doing leg work every other workout and for my leg days, I've fallen in love with taking DVST8 White Cut from Inspired Nutraceuticals. This is my absolute go-to for legs as I've been consistently using this pre-workout for these sessions. So what that means is that on leg days, I will not be adding a scoop of any of these ingredients as the DVST8 White Cut formula already contains DMHA in it. But for the other sessions that I perform, I will be adding in a scoop of one of the three. I will most likely keep mixing it up a bit so that I use each ingredient for each bodypart that I train. For example, every time that I train back, I will use one of the three on top of my pre-workout and when back day comes around again, I'll try a different ingredient to see how I responded. I'll go through all 3 before starting the cycle again. As I said earlier, since I am accustomed to knowing how I feel using products that don't contain these ingredients, I will know immediately how much more they are kicked up.
